The 68th Annual General Meeting (AGM) was held on
3 September in which new-term Supervisory Board was elected.

Letting Scheme for Subsidised Sale Developments with Premium Unpaid reopened for applications from tenants.
「未補價資助出售房屋-出租計劃」 重啟租戶申請。
Revamped Elderly Resources Centre reopened on 1 December to celebrate its 15th anniversary.
房協「長者安居資源中心」進行大翻新後於十二月一 日重開，慶祝中心成立十五周年。

Month-long Bounce Back Together Shopping Promotion Campaign launched on 1 October, during which 90,000 sets of cash coupons were distributed to boost consumption.
為 期 一 個 月 的「 同 心 • 再 撐 起 」消 費 推 廣 活 動 於 十 月 一 日 正 式 啟 動 ，期 間 派 發 九 萬 套現金代用劵，刺激地區 消費。
Extension of rent concession for commercial tenants and car park operators for another six months from 1 October 2020 to 31 March 2021
延長轄下的商戶及停車場營運商租金寛免，為期六個月， 由二零二零年十月一日至二零二一年三月三十一日為止。
