The Housing Society applies environmental, social and governance metrics to strategic planning, delivering quality services to tenants, and maintaining the best governance practices. We are committed to weaving sustainability into our businesses and daily operations to reduce its carbon footprint and build a more inclusive and harmonious community.

Reducing Carbon Emissions

ISO 14001 Environmental Management System

Aiming to lower energy consumption by 15% across operations by 2029/30, with 2012/13 as baseline year

Adopting Modular Integrated Construction and prefabrication

All housing projects launched after 2004 have participated in
