1 LED Lighting was installed at corridors and staircases of block C & D of Lok

2 Variable Voltage Variable Frequency (VVVF)
Lifts were introduced to replace old lifts in
five rental blocks of Ka Wai Chuen.

3 Energy-Saving Water Pumps were installed at Yin Chee Lau and Lotus Tower 1
of Kwun Tong Garden Estate, to reduce energy consumption in peak
demand periods.
於觀塘花園大廈的「燕子樓」及「玉蓮臺」第一座安裝節能水泵，以減
少高峰期能源消耗。
4 Energy-Efficient Chillers replaced conventional chillers at June Garden, with a potential
25% improvement in energy efficiency due to their use of variable speed drives.
為頌賢花園的傳統冷凍機組更換成能源效益冷凍機組，由於使用變速
驅動器，能源效益方面能提升百分之二十五。
