            12  All waste disposal is sent to Hong Kong’s landfills while the waste diverted from disposal is recycled offsite.
               所有棄置的廢棄物都被送往香港的堆填區,而從棄置中轉移的廢物則在場地外回收。

            13  All hazardous waste is handled by licensed contractor.
               所有有害廢棄物均由持牌承辦商處理。

            14  Due to the change of construction phases in some of our construction sites, the use of chemical and metal has increased in 2023/24. Hence, the chemical
               waste and metal recycled increased.
               由於部分工地興建階段的轉變,我們二零二三╱二四年度的化學物及金屬使用量增加,因此導致回收的化學廢棄物及金屬增加。

            15  The recycling of fluorescent lamps and tubes in our major office was due to the replacement of lighting with LED lighting for energy efficiency enhancement.
               我們主要辦公室回收的熒光燈管是為了提高能源效益而更換為發光二極管。

            17  No fatality cases for employees under the Housing Society's management, but there is one fatality case of non-contract worker at the construction sites.
               房協管理下的員工沒有死亡案例,但建築工地有一名非合同工人死亡案例。

            18  Work-related injury that results in a fatality or in an injury from which the worker cannot, does not, or is not expected to recover fully to pre-injury health
               status within 6 months.
               導致死亡或受傷的工傷而令工人不能、不會或預計不會在六個月內完全恢復到受傷前的健康狀態。

            19  Work-related injury or ill health that results in any of the followings: death, days away from work, restricted work or transfer to another job, medical
               treatment beyond first aid, or loss of consciousness; or significant injury or ill health diagnosed by a physician or other licensed healthcare professionals,
               even if it does not result in death, days away from work, restricted work or job transfer, medical treatment beyond first aid, or loss of consciousness.
               與工作有關的傷害或不佳的健康狀況,導致以下任何一種情況:死亡、缺勤、工作受限或工作調動、急救以外的治療或喪失知覺;或由醫生或其他有執照的

            20  The figure is number of employees retained 12 months after returning to work following parental leave in the last reporting period.
