“Art in Estates” - Visual Arts Programme

HKHS launches the “Art in Estates” - Visual Arts Programme in its rental estates, to share the joy with the residents and the general public in celebration of its 75th anniversary. The Programme beautifies the open space of the estates, while being a happy gathering occasion for the residents and their families.

Six local artists are invited to create a series of inspirational artworks to brighten the estates. Some works of art are made from environmentally friendly materials or transformed from waste, which could minimise the impact on the environment while introducing the concept of sustainable development into the local culture. Workshops will be hosted to offer residents the opportunity to connect with the artists and collaborate together to create some works of art for their homes.
