For those households who have not completed the eligibility vetting for compensation and rehousing arrangement by the Lands Department but wish to apply for Subsidised Rental Units in Dedicated Rehousing Estates under the “non-means-tested” option, they are required to contact the Lands Department for a preliminary eligibility vetting. The completed applications will then be referred to the Hong Kong Housing Society for further review and approval.
