Management
The Housing Society is managing a portfolio of 20 rental estates of its own, accommodating around 81,000 residents in some 32,600 units. We are also providing property management service for over 18,000 private flats.
With a goal of providing all-round support services for residents in our rental estates, a new CES Team has been set up by leveraging the existing manpower and services of the Ageing-in-Place Scheme, Housing Society Community and Service coordinators. Upholding the three pillars of “caring”, “engaging” and “smart”, the team provides assistance for residents at the individual, neighbourhood and community level through case management, therapeutic group activities, mass programmes and mutual support network building.

Under the policy, we are endeavoured to achieve customers’ satisfaction; encourage co-operation and joint effort with suppliers and contractors, tenants and residents in the promotion and implementation of good quality, occupational safety and health and environmental management practices; prevent pollution and protect the environment; continuously identify the safety and environmental aspects, assess risks and abate potential hazards; continually improve the working environment; and enhance quality, occupational safety and health, and environmental awareness and knowledge of our internal and external counterparts.
Our property management service has been accredited with ISO9001, ISO14001 and ISO45001, as a certification of our accomplishments in quality management, environmental management, and occupational health and safety respectively.
