Building Maintenance Grant Scheme for Elderly Owners

Starting from 2 July 2020, the “Building Maintenance Grant Scheme for Elderly Owners” administered by Hong Kong Housing Society (HKHS) has been replaced by the “Building Maintenance Grant Scheme for Needy Owners” of the Urban Renewal Authority (URA). As such, application for “Building Maintenance Grant Scheme for Elderly Owners” will not be accepted from 2 July 2020, while HKHS will continue to follow through the applications submitted on or before 1 July 2020.
