Casa Delight

The Hong Kong Housing Society’s first Dedicated Rehousing Estate Project in the urban area – Casa Delight, comprises both rental housing and “Delight Terrace,” which offers a collection of 700 two and three-bedroom Subsidised Sale Flats, ranging from 410 to 745 square feet in saleable area, with the material date set for 31 March 2027.
