The Hong Kong Housing Society’s first Dedicated Rehousing Estate Project in urban area – Casa Delight, is a two-phase development, the first phase is rental housing, while “Delight Terrace”, Phase 2 of Casa Delight, offers a collection of 700 two and three-bedroom Subsidised Sale Flats, ranging from 410 to 745 square feet in saleable area, with material date on 31 March 2027.
