respective notes. The risks associated with these financial instruments Ъ̈מᚣf༈ഃৌਕʈՈʘᗫࠬᎈ
and the policies applied by the Housing Society to mitigate these ʿಯჀϤഃࠬᎈʘՓܓ༱ΐνɨf၍
risks are set out below. Management monitors these exposures to ଣᄴ၍ଣʿ္࿀Ϥഃࠬᎈd˸ᆽڭঐ
ensure appropriate measures are implemented in a timely and уࣛʿϞࣖήમ՟ቇણ݄f
effective manner.
(a) Credit risk (a) 信貸風險
The Housing Society is exposed to credit risk, which is the risk ג܊ึࠦ࿁ٙڦ൲ࠬᎈ݊Ը
that a counterparty may default on its bank deposits, fixed Іʹ࿁˓ίვБπಛeո֛
income investments and accounts receivable or the Housing ϗूଡ଼Υҳ༟ʿᏐϗሪධɪٙ
Society may be required to pay if the financial guarantee is ༼ߒdאג܊ึίৌਕڭᗇ
called on. The Housing Society’s maximum exposure to credit ΥߒʕఱڭᗇܵϞɛהࠅᎵ
