 Fanling       Integrated Redevelopment Model at Ming Wah Dai Ha

               明華大廈綜合重建模式
               The Housing Society commenced the redevelopment of Ming Wah
               Dai Ha (“MWDH”) in three phases according to the Integrated
               Redevelopment Model in 2011. 966 rental units were provided after

 元朗            the Phase I completion in 2021. Upon the target project completion in
               2036, a combination of rental units, subsidised sale flats and Senior
               Citizen Residences Scheme flats will be provided. The redevelopment
 Hung Shui Kiu  project provides a diverse mix of unit types together with various

               community facilities to meet the needs of future residents and
               neighbouring communities. Designed to facilitate social inclusion and
               intergenerational living, Phase I of the project contains elderly units and
               accessible units, featuring adaptable designs to cater to seniors and
               wheelchair users.

               房協於二零一一年開始以「綜合重建模式」分三期重建明華大廈。第一期已於二
               零二一年竣工，提供九百六十六個出租單位。整個明華大廈重建工程預計將於
               二零三六年完成，屆時可提供出租、資助出售房屋及「長者安居樂」單位。該重
               建項目提供多元化的單位類型組合，配合各種社區設施，以滿足日後居民和鄰
               近社區的需要。為促進社會共融和跨代共居，第一期項目特設長者居住單位和
 Wong Tai Sin  無障礙單位，以可改動設計迎合長者和輪椅使用者的需要。
