Mental Health Workplace Charter
精神健康職場約章
Our Property Management Division has signed a “Mental Health Workplace Charter” with nine
contractors in maintenance, cleaning, security, and gardening. This charter signifies our commitment
to prioritising mental health and fostering a supportive and understanding work environment. We aim
to raise awareness, provide resources, and promote mental wellbeing at workplace. By signing this
charter, we take a significant step towards creating a mentally healthy and friendly society.
我們的物業管理部與維修、清潔、保安及園藝共九家承辦商簽署了「精神健康職場約章」。該約章標誌著我們重
視精神健康的承諾,及營造一個互相支持及理解的工作環境。我們的目標是提高員工對精神健康的認知,並提
供相關資源,以推廣在職精神健康。通過簽署約章,我們向創建精神健康和友善社會的目標邁進重要一步。
