Prevention of Heat Stroke at Work
預防工作時中暑

On 30 May 2023, we hosted an informative session on the prevention of heat stroke in the workplace
conducted by a speaker who is a nursing staff specialising in occupational health and safety from the
Labour Department. The session focused on providing essential knowledge and practical tips to help
attendees recognise the signs of heat stroke, understand the risks associated with working in high
temperatures, and implement effective preventive measures. With the aim of safeguarding the wellbeing
of our staff, this session equipped participants with valuable insights and strategies to mitigate heat-
related risks in the workplace.

於二零二三年五月三十日，我們舉辦了有關預防工作時中暑的資訊性講座，由勞工處從事職業健康和安全的護
理人員主講。該講座提供重要的知識和實用技巧，教導參加者識別中暑的徵兆，了解在酷熱天氣下工作的相關
風險，以及採取有效的預防措施。為保障員工的健康，是次講座讓參加者認識有關減低工作時中暑風險的實用
知識和策略。
