Our Subsidised Sale Flats project, Greenhill Villa

in Sha Tin, is one example of how we are taking

new approach in construction. We have

pioneered the total precast approach for this

project including the semi-precast structural

wall construction method noted in the “Code of

Practice for Precast Concrete Construction

2016” of the Buildings Department. Other

precast building elements of the towers also

include balconies, façades, utility platforms,

staircases and floor slabs.

The good practices adopted for our housing

development projects include:

Specifying precast constructions for slabs and

facades in typical floors and encouraging

total precast approach as appropriate

Specifying reusable metal formwork for

typical floor construction

Monitoring the impacts of noise, dust and

vibration

Spraying water to suppress dust

Wheel washing

Waste water recycling through sediment tank

Waste sorting on site

Using a low-noise generator

Conducting regular housekeeping

Erecting noise barriers if necessary

築方法的實例。此項目率先跟

循屋宇署編訂的《二零一六年

預製混凝土建造作業守則》採

用全預製組件建築方法,包括

半預製結構牆,並配合其他樓

宇預製組件如露台、樓宇外

牆、工作平台、樓梯及樓層地

台同時使用。

我們在房屋發展項目中恪守良

好工作守則,包括:

規定在標準樓層使用預製樓

層地台及樓宇外牆,並鼓勵

在適當時全面採用預製組件

指定在建造標準樓層時使用

可重用的金屬模板

監察噪音、塵埃及震動的

影響

灑水以減少塵土飛揚

清洗進出工地車輛的輪胎

使用經沉澱缸處理後的廢水

在工地實施廢物分類

使用低噪音發電機

定期整理工地周圍環境

需要時架設噪音屏障
