Cultural Heritage Preservation Programme - Kwun Tong Garden Estate
歷史文化傳承計劃－觀塘花園大廈

In September and October 2023, members of the Alumni Club and Hong Kong Young Ambassadors visited
Kwun Tong Garden Estate (“KTGE”), a rental estate of the Housing Society, to document the daily lives
of residents, architectural features and the evolution of the community. The visit aimed to capture and
preserve the precious moments of the neighbourhood as collective memories for future generations,
before the commencement of the estate redevelopment project. Additionally, to pass on the nostalgic
memories of the estate, the local illustrator, Stella So, was invited to share her experience of KTGE with
the young participants.

在二零二三年九月和十月，同學會成員和香港青年大使到訪房協的出租屋邨觀塘花園大廈，記錄居民的日常生
活、建築特色和社區演變。是次探訪活動旨在於啟動屋邨重建前捕捉和保存珍貴的人情和回憶，為下一代留下集
體回憶。此外，我們更邀請本地插畫家Stella So向參加者分享她在觀塘花園大廈的經歷，傳承屋邨情懷。

During the reporting year, a thematic website was launched to share with the public the unique
architectural aesthetics of the estate and its community stories, showcasing the development trajectory
of Kwun Tong.

在報告年度內，我們推出一個主題網站，與公眾分享該屋邨獨特的建築美學和社區故事，並展示觀塘的發展脈絡。
