Modular Integrated Construction (“MiC”) 「組裝合成」建築法

MiC is a construction methodology in which free-standing modules, completed and equipped
with necessary fittings, are pre-assembled in offsite factories and transported to the
construction site for installation. We have adopted MiC for Hung Shui Kiu Phase 1A and Chung
Yuet Lau in Jat Min Chuen, and also MiC for volumetric precast kitchen/bathroom at our
Anderson Road Quarry, Shek Pai Wan Road and Ting On Street Projects.

「組裝合成」建築法是一項建築技術，將完成及配備所需設置的獨立式「組裝合成」組件轉移至場外
工廠預先製造，然後再運送到施工現場進行安裝。我們在洪水橋新發展區第一期甲項目和乙明邨松
悅樓項目採用「組裝合成」建築法，並在安達臣道石礦場、石排灣道和定安街項目中以其建造預製廚
房╱浴室立體組件。
