            Promoting a Caring Culture                                  提倡關懷文化

            To continue to promote a caring culture and the wellness of staff and   ג՘ܵᚃܔͭᗫᕿ˖ʷdԨڮආ᙮ɨࡰʈ
            their families within the Housing Society, this year we held a number of   ʿՉ࢕ɛٙ၅߀dʦϋҢࡁᑘ፬εࡈ౤ࡇ
            work-life balance activities including health talks, seminars and field   ˜ʈЪၾ͛ݺ̻ፅ™ٙݺਗdܼ̍਄ੰᑺࢭe
            trips. We were encouraged that a total of 680 staff members and their   ޼ীึʿྼήϽ࿀ݺਗdΥ΍іˏ 680Τࡰ
            families took part.                                         ʈʿ࢕᙮ਞ̋dϓᐶ˿ɛོႀf

            On the health front, our Human Resources Section partnered with the   ίࡰʈ਄ੰ˙ࠦdɛɢ༟๕ଡ଼׵ɧ˜΅ᑌ
            Staff Recreation Club to organise a guided hiking tour in March. The   Νᔖࡰੰᆀึᑘ፬ኬሧჃԑ༷dϙί౤ࡇ
            hike was attended by 48 staff and family members and promoted the   ˜ʈЪၾ͛ݺ̻ፅ™ٙڦࢹd΍Ϟ48Τࡰʈ
            importance of work-life balance.                            ʿ࢕᙮ਞ̋f


            To raise awareness among our colleagues on health issues, a number of   މఎৎΝԫٙ਄ੰจᗆdג՘ᑘ፬εఙ༟
            informational talks were held on topics ranging from using   ৃᑺࢭd˴ᕚ଄ႊ࠰ᔠᐕجಯᏀd˸Їᶣ
            aromatherapy to de-stress, to relieving common pain symptoms and   ᇠ੬Ԉ೨सd˸ʿછՓАጟeАইʿАᏀf
            controlling blood sugar, blood lipid and blood pressure. Our staff and   ࡰʈʿ࢕᙮͵̙ਞ̋ݴชޥߴࠇྌdટա
            their families were also offered the chance to get flu shots by joining   ء࢛ݴช০dɦ̙ீཀג՘ٙʫᑌၣ਄ੰ
            the Flu Vaccination Programme, while health and nutrition tips were   ਖ਼ࠫ˜גሊၣ™dӝ՟Ϟᗫ਄ੰʿᐄቮٙٝ
            also shared internally through an online health portal called “Health   ᗆf
            Corner”.
