                                                               A “Code on Access to Information” talk is organised for staff  for
                                                               the first time to increase their understanding on the ordinance.

               Workshop sessions are held on a regular basis to

               Staff Integrity and Professional Ethics                     員工誠信及專業操守

               At the Housing Society we attach great importance to the integrity and   ג՘฽މࠠൖ྇ࡰٙ༐ڦʿਖ਼ุ዁ςfҢ
               professional ethics of our employees. We regularly arrange for   ࡁ֛ಂτરก݁ʮ໇eࡈɛ༟ࣘӷᒯਖ਼ࡰ
               representatives from the Independent Commission Against Corruption,   ʮ໇ʿ̻ഃዚึ։ࡰึٙ˾ڌ˴ܵˀ஭e
               the Office of the Privacy Commissioner for Personal Data and the Equal   ࡈɛ༟ࣘʿ̻ഃዚึ޴ᗫجԷٙᑺࢭf
               Opportunities Commission to deliver talks on legislation pertaining to
               anti-corruption, personal data and equal opportunities.


               Besides enhancing our staff members’ knowledge across these areas,   ৰᄣආࡰʈίɪࠑᇍᖚٙٝᗆ̮dவԬᑺ
               these talks also give them clear guidance regarding how to uphold   ࢭ͵މࡰʈνОίੂБᔖਕࣛ٢ܵ༐ڦe
               honesty, fairness and professional ethics while carrying out their duties.   ʮ̻ʿਖ਼ุ዁ς౤Զ૶౸ܸˏfϋʫΥ΍
               In total, seven refresher workshop sessions were held during the year,   ᑘ፬ɖϣආࡌʈЪѥdߒϞ470Τ຾ଣॴʿ
               attended by around 470 managerial and general staff.        ɓছᔖॴࡰʈਞ̋f


               This year, for the first time a briefing session was held on the Code on   ʦϋג՘࠯ϣᑘ፬ʮක༟ࣘςۆ‘ᔊʧึd
               Access to Information with speakers from the Ombudsman and legal   ͟͡ൡਖ਼ࡰʿجܛޢɛɻ˴ᑺdᜫΝԫ̋
               professionals giving colleagues a better understanding of the related   ଉə༆޴ᗫςۆٙᏐ͜f
               application of the Code.

               A policy briefing session entitled “People Management Programme for   Ңࡁ͵׵ɚཧɓɞϋɧ˜ᑘБɓϣ݁ഄᔊ
               Managers (Recruitment, Managing Performance and Disciplinary   ʧึdމ຾ଣॴɛࡰʧୗɛʑ၍ଣࠇྌ€ם
               Procedures, Compensation and Benefits)” was also held in March 2018.   ໌e၍ଣڌତʿߏܛ೻ҏeᑚཇʿ၅лd
               Attended by 45 supervisory staff, it facilitated their understanding of   ΍Ϟ 45Τ၍ଣɛࡰ̈ࢩd̋ଉ˼ࡁ࿁Ϟᗫ
               relevant ordinances, policies and procedures.               ૢԷe݁ഄʿ೻ҏٙə༆f
