            An event that always brings much enjoyment is our Annual Dinner for   Ϋᚥϋʫdג՘ٙմϋૉ࢖׵ɚཧɓɖϋ
            around 800 staff and members of the Board and Committees, held in   ɘ˜ʞ˚৿࠰ಥึᙄ࢝ᚎʕːᑘБdߒ 800
            the year under review at the Hong Kong Convention and Exhibition   Τࡰʈd˸ʿ္ԫึၾ։ࡰึٙ։ࡰ̈ࢩd
            Centre on 5 September 2017. At the celebration, 129 staff members   ΍ܓᛇᆀࣛՍf຅ૉϞ 129Τࡰʈᐏ཯ڗಂ
            were awarded Long Service Awards, including eight who had been   ؂ਕᆤdՉʕɞɛʊމג՘؂ਕɧɤϋf
            with the Housing Society for 30 years.

            The Housing Society continues to promote effective stewardship of   ג՘ᘱᚃપਗ༟ৃ߅Ҧ೯࢝ٙʈЪࣖଟf
            information assets. In order to meet the ever-changing information   މတԑᚥ܄ʿࡰʈʔᓙᔷᜊٙ༟ৃცࠅd
            needs of our customers and staff, we provide secure, highly-reliable   Ңࡁ౤ԶτΌ̙ቦٙҦஔਿܔdৣΥ˸܄
            technology infrastructure along with high quality, customer-oriented   މ͉ٙ৷ሯ؂ਕձ˕౪f
            services and support.


            To improve both user experience and operational efficiency, during the   މ౤ʺ͜˒᜗᜕ʿᐄ༶ࣖଟdϋʫҢࡁਗ਼
            year a General Purchasing System was enhanced, together with a new   ܩ੬મᒅӻ୕ʺॴd̋ɝ࿃อٙમᒅ஬ۜ
            Item Master Catalogue. The Financial Process Management System was   ᐼͦ፽dΝࣛਗ਼ৌਕஈଣ၍ଣӻ୕ʺॴ˸
            also enhanced to support financial policy revisions, while Building   ˕౪ৌਕ݁ഄٙࡌࠈdϾ˜ཡࣀ™ۆમ͜˜ܔ
            Information Modeling was implemented for The Tanner Hill Residential   ጘ༟ৃᅼۨ™d˸౤ʺᐄ༶ࣖूfϤ̮d༟
            Care Homes for the Elderly to improve operational effectiveness. In   п̈ਯג܊ٙ͡ሗӻ୕͵̋˸ࠧอdપ̈
            addition, the Subsidised Sale Flats (SSF) application systems were   ၣɪ೮াӻ୕˕౪˜ၯᏊࢤ™ձ˜ၯჼၽ™༟
            revamped, together with an online registration system to support the   п̈ਯג܊ධͦٙቖਯࠇྌf
            sales schemes of SSF projects, namely Mount Verdant and Terrace
            Concerto.
