The Housing Society has agreed to undertake a study to assess the גוፕίࠚʮᗙඦή੭Շࡈήᓃආ
ecological value and development feasibility of two sites on the Б͛࿒ᄆ࠽ʿ೯̙࢝Бٙ൙ПӺdˏ
periphery of country parks. This has attracted considerable public Ըʮၳೊdࡊ߰ϤධӺʔ˸܄ᝈ˙ό
attention and the reputation of the Housing Society could be at risk if ආБdגٙᑊᚑ֛̀աฦfމࠥЭϤࠬ
this study is not conducted in an objective manner. To mitigate this risk, ᎈd၍ଣᄴʊ։໌εΤ͉ಥɽኪΤٙ
the Management has engaged external advisors nominated by local ̮ޢᚥਪఱ͛࿒ԫ֝ԶจԈd։໌ཀ
universities to offer advice on ecological matters, while an open and ͵ਗ਼˸ʮකீ˙όආБdᆽڭܵ΅٫ʿ
transparent public engagement process will also be implemented to ٟਜɛɻѩՑ̂ʱፔ༔f
ensure that stakeholders and the wider community are consulted.
Risk assessment and monitoring have been embedded in the Housing ࠬᎈ၍ଣʿ္࿀ҏɓٜϞፄɝגٙ၍
Society’s management process. The Management will continue to ଣݴf၍ଣᄴਗ਼ᘱᚃᏨীΆุࠬᎈ၍ଣ
review and enhance the ERM framework by referring to insights on ࣪ݖdԨீཀਞϽჯΆุٙЪุᅼόd
leading practices, taking into account our operational environments ԨϽᅇҢࡁٙᐄ༶ᐑྤʿࠬᎈߞॶd
