               The Housing Society has agreed to undertake a study to assess the   ג՘וፕίࠚ௉ʮ෤ᗙඦή੭Շࡈήᓃආ
               ecological value and development feasibility of two sites on the   Б͛࿒ᄆ࠽ʿ೯̙࢝Б׌ٙ൙П޼Ӻdˏ
               periphery of country parks. This has attracted considerable public   Ըʮ଺ၳೊdࡊ߰Ϥධ޼Ӻʔ˸܄ᝈ˙ό
               attention and the reputation of the Housing Society could be at risk if   ආБdג՘ٙᑊᚑ֛̀աฦfމࠥЭϤࠬ
               this study is not conducted in an objective manner. To mitigate this risk,   ᎈd၍ଣᄴʊ։໌εΤ຾͉ಥɽኪ౤Τٙ
               the Management has engaged external advisors nominated by local   ̮ޢᚥਪఱ͛࿒ԫ֝౤ԶจԈd։໌ཀ೻
               universities to offer advice on ecological matters, while an open and   ͵ਗ਼˸ʮකீ׼˙όආБdᆽڭܵ΅٫ʿ
               transparent public engagement process will also be implemented to   ٟਜɛɻѩ੻Ց̂ʱፔ༔f
               ensure that stakeholders and the wider community are consulted.


               Risk assessment and monitoring have been embedded in the Housing   ࠬᎈ၍ଣʿ္࿀೻ҏɓٜϞፄɝג՘ٙ၍
               Society’s management process. The Management will continue to   ଣݴ೻f၍ଣᄴਗ਼ᘱᚃᏨীΆุࠬᎈ၍ଣ
               review and enhance the ERM framework by referring to insights on   ࣪ݖdԨீཀਞϽჯ΋ΆุٙЪุᅼόd
               leading practices, taking into account our operational environments   ԨϽᅇҢࡁٙᐄ༶ᐑྤʿ዆᜗ࠬᎈߞॶd
