Smart Site Safety System
安全智慧工地系統
The first Smart Site Safety System (“4S”) has been implemented in the superstructure construction
of the Kai Tak Area 1E Site 1 project. This project aims to enhance site safety performance through
the application of IoT technology. The 4S is adopted for monitoring high-risk construction activities,
identifying safety hazards, facilitating communication and transmission of data from different smart
devices, and serving as a one-stop hub for data analysis and alerts generation. Additionally, it enables
efficient follow-up actions for addressing potential hazards and abnormalities identified through the
effective utilisation of the Centralised Management Platform (“CMP”).
首個安全智慧工地系統已在啟德第1E區1號用地項目的上蓋工程實施,並用物聯網技術提高工地安全績效。該
系統用於監控高風險的施工活動、識別安全隱憂、促進不同智能設備的數據通訊和傳輸,以及作為數據分析和
警報發布的一站式中心。此外,透過善用中央管理平台,有助有效地採取跟進工作,以處理及識別潛在危險和
異常情況。
