Rooftop Improvement Works and Anti-fall Device Installation in Jat Min Chuen
乙明邨屋頂改善工程和防墜裝置安裝工程
To enhance safety during the maintenance work at heights on the rooftop of the premises, a series of
measures were implemented, including conducting a joint inspection and prework survey to identify and
address potential safety hazards. Additionally, a prework meeting was scheduled with the outsourced
contractor, and regular meetings were planned after work commencement to ensure ongoing
communication and adherence to safety protocols. Throughout the working period, onsite maintenance
staff closely monitored the safety aspects of the improvement project carried out by contractors. These
comprehensive measures aimed to create a safe working environment and mitigate risks associated with
maintenance work at heights.
為加強樓宇天台高空維修工作的安全,房協採取了一系列措施,包括進行聯合檢查和工作前調查,以識別和解
決潛在的安全隱患。此外,房協與外判承辦商安排工作前及工程開始後的會議,以確保溝通持續和工程合符安
全指引。在整個施工期間,現場維修人員密切監管承辦商進行改善工程的安全情況。各項全面的措施目的為創
造安全的工作環境,以減低高空維修工作的風險。
