               Adoption of MiC in Projects – HSK1A and Chung Yuet Lau in Jat Min Chuen
               在項目中採用「組裝合成」建築法  —  洪水橋╱厦村新發展區第一期甲項目及乙明邨松悅樓

               Our effort in MiC technology adoption has successfully enhanced the efficiency of project construction.
               In September 2023, the Housing Society has completed the installation of concrete MiC modules for the
               first Subsidised Sale Flats project at Phase 1A of the Dedicated Rehousing Estate in the Hung Shui Kiu/
               Ha Tsuen New Development Area (“HSK1A”).
               In addition, our first elderly housing project, Chung Yuet Lau in Jat Min Chuen was built using steel MiC.
               The project aims to provide 64 age-friendly rental units, offering a lifetime rent exemption estate for
               under-occupied elderly households.

               With the adoption of innovative construction technologies such as MiC in these pilot projects, we
               have significantly enhanced productivity, site safety, quality assurance, environmental sustainability,
               and construction waste reduction, thereby minimising the impact on nearby settlements and the
               environment.

               Aligning with the Government’s housing strategy, we are continuously exploring possibilities to
               implement different housing solutions and actively leveraging smart technologies to create quality
               homes.

               我們採用的「組裝合成」建築法成功提升了項目建設的效率。於二零二三年九月,房協透過採用混凝土「組裝合
               成」建築法,完成了洪水橋╱厦村新發展區第一期甲專用安置屋邨的首個資助出售房屋項目。

               此外,乙明邨松悅樓是我們首個以鋼製「組裝合成」建築法興建的長者房屋。項目旨在為全長者寬敞戶提供
               六十四個終身免租安排的長者友善出租單位。

               透過在這些先導項目中採用如「組裝合成」建築法的創新建築技術,我們顯著提升了生產力、工地安全、品質保
               證、環境可持續性,同時減少建築廢料,從而對附近民居和環境的影響減至最低。

               為配合政府的房屋政策,我們將繼續探索和發展各種房屋方案的可能性,並積極應用智慧技術建造優質居所。
