Main Green Practices at Construction Sites 建築工地的主要環保措施

Forest Stewardship Council Certified Timber Products 森林管理委員會認證的木器產品
We ensure that timber products used in temporary construction works and domestic
furnishings, such as cabinets and doors, are certified by the Forest Stewardship Council
(“FSC”) for their sustainable forest management practices. Furthermore, timber formwork
in construction sites has already been phased out.
我們確保在臨時建築工程和住宅使用的木器產品，例如櫥櫃和門，均獲森林管理委員會就其
可持續森林管理實踐發出的認證。此外，建築工地已淘汰使用木材模板。

Waste Management Plans 廢物管理計劃
Site contractors are required to develop waste management plans, set limits for
construction waste generation and propose monitoring measures throughout the
construction or renovation process. They are also encouraged to adopt industry best
practices for waste handling onsite.
我們要求工地承建商制定廢物管理計劃，限制建築所產生的廢棄物，並擬定整個施工或裝修
過程中的監察措施。我們亦鼓勵工地承建商採用行業最佳做法，處理工地產生的廢物。

Waste Recycling 廢物回收
To encourage proper waste disposal, sorting facilities for metals, plastics, and paper
waste are established at construction sites. Additionally, smart bins are installed in new
development projects to facilitate the separation of solid domestic waste and recycling
materials.
為鼓勵妥善處理廢棄物，工地設有金屬、塑膠及廢紙分類設施。此外，我們亦在新發展項目中
引入智能垃圾桶，以促進固體家居廢物和可回收物的分類。

Refuse Storage Rooms 垃圾房
In compliance with the Waste Disposal Ordinance (Chapter 354 of the Laws of Hong
Kong), larger refuse storage rooms are incorporated into new development projects to
facilitate waste sorting management.
為遵守《廢物處置條例》（香港法例第354章），我們於新發展項目中擴大了垃圾房的
空間，以促進廢物分類管理。
