               The Housing Society Named “Star Employer for Talent Development”
               用心培育人才獲選「星級僱主」

               We were named the “QF Star Employer” at the Education Bureau’s Qualifications
               Framework (QF) Partnerships Commendation Ceremony in May 2023 for our new hire
               training programme. This award recognises our commitment to implementing the QF to
               enhance staff competitiveness and drive long-term corporate development.
               房協為新入職員工舉辦的「一切從心出發」培訓計劃,於二零二三年五月在教育局資歷架構夥
               伴嘉許典禮中榮獲「QF星級僱主」殊榮,讚揚房協善用資歷架構,提高員工的競爭力和促進企
               業的長遠發展。

               The new hire training programme is designed for new joiners in property management
               and elderly services to familiarise them with our management standards, enhance their
               complaint handling skills, and reinforce our mission of providing heartfelt services to residents and the
               public. Since its launch over five years ago, nearly 700 staff members have successfully completed the
               training and obtained QF Level 2 certification.
              「一切從心出發」計劃為從事物業管理及長者服務的新入職員工而設,讓他們了解房協的管理標準,提升處理
               投訴的技巧,並鼓勵他們用心為居民及大眾提供適切服務。計劃開展至今五年多,近七百名員工已成功完成培
               訓,並獲得資歷架構第二級認證。

               The “Future@HKHS” People Development Programme –
               The 3-month Cross-divisional Job Swap Programme
              「Future@HKHS」人才發展計劃 ─ 為期三個月的「跨部門
               工作互換」計劃

               The 3-month Cross-divisional Job Swap Programme was completed
               in October 2023. 8 participants were provided with structured

               為期三個月的「跨部門工作互換」計劃於二零二三年十月完滿結束,八位
               參加者透過此在職培訓計劃獲得不同工作領域的實戰經驗及職業技能,
               亦促進跨部門的溝通和協作。
