               During the year, the Special Committee on Elderly Housing held three   ϋʫdڗ٫ג܊तй։ࡰึ΍ᑘБɧϣึ
               meetings with an overall attendance rate of 65 per cent. It reviewed the   ᙄd዆᜗̈ࢩଟމϵʱʘʬɤʞfڗ٫ג
               operations of The Tanner Hill elderly housing project and monitored   ܊तй։ࡰึᏨൖə˜ཡ悦™ڗ٫ג܊ධͦ
               the studies conducted by The University of Hong Kong on various   ٙ༶Ъʿ္࿀࠰ಥɽኪఱ΢ڗ٫ධͦʿࠇ
               elderly-related projects and schemes including the Ageing-In-Place   ྌආБٙ޼Ӻdܼ̍˜ᆀ੻ॾה™֢࢕τϼ
               Scheme, Elderly Resources Centre, Senior Citizen Residences Scheme   ࠇྌe˜ג՘ڗ٫τ֢༟๕ʕː™e˜ڗ٫τ
               and The Tanner Hill. Results of the studies will be shared with major   ֢ᆀ™И܊ࠇྌʿ˜ཡ悦™f޼Ӻഐ؈ਗ਼౤Զ
               elderly policy-makers and stakeholders of Hong Kong.        ʚ࠰ಥ˴ࠅٙτϼԫਕӔഄዚ࿴ʿܵ΅٫

               Task Force on Design and Construction                       項目設計及建築工程專責小組

               The Task Force on Design and Construction assists the Executive   ධͦணࠇʿܔጘʈ೻ਖ਼பʃଡ଼ࠋப՘пੂ
               Committee in monitoring the time, quality and cost of major   Б։ࡰึ္࿀ɽۨ೯࢝ධͦٙආܓeሯ९
               development projects.                                       ʿϓ͉છՓf


               The Task Force on Design and Construction had nine members as at   ࿚Їɚཧɓɖϋ̬˜ɓ˚dධͦணࠇʿܔ
               1 April 2017. Mr Alex Lui Chun-wan retired from the Task Force at the   ጘʈ೻ਖ਼பʃଡ଼΍ϞɘΤϓࡰf׵ɚཧɓɖ
               AGM held on 5 September 2017 and he was not eligible for    ϋɘ˜ʞ˚ᑘБٙմϋ։ࡰɽึ຅˚dཤ
               re-appointment after serving six consecutive years, while all other   ቤካ΋͛ৗ΂ਖ਼பʃଡ଼dΪ˼ʊஹᚃʬϋ
               members were willing to continue serving on the Task Force. The Task   ዄ΂ਖ਼பʃଡ଼ϓࡰd݂ʔΥ༟ࣸΎᐏ։΂d

               meetings with an overall attendance rate of 79 per cent. The Task Force   Бɧϣึᙄd዆᜗̈ࢩଟމϵʱʘɖɤɘf
               reviewed the schematic designs of two projects under planning,   ਖ਼பʃଡ଼ᏨൖəՇࡈ஝ྌʕධͦ€уߎ⯰л
               namely the SEN project at Lee Kung Street, Hung Hom and the Public   ʈ൑ٙ˜ڗ٫τ֢ᆀ™ධͦʿ࠰ಥ˺ͩરᝄ
               Rental Housing project at Shek Pai Wan Road, Aberdeen, as well as the   ༸ٙʮ΍̈ॡג܊ධͦٙ฿ׂணࠇd˸ʿ
               progress and quality of a Subsidised Sale Flats project, Greenhill Villa, at   Ӎ͞˜ၠ׋ඩ߹™༟п̈ਯג܊ධͦٙʈ೻
               Sha Tin. It also deliberated on the latest development of construction   ආܓձᅽρሯ९d͵ఱ௰อٙܔጘҦஔ˜ଡ଼
               technologies of Modular Integrated Construction, flexible housing   ༀΥϓ™ܔጘ˙جeᜳݺג܊ணࠇeϵภண
               design, adaptable universal design as well as information technology   ࠇ˸ʿνОίܔጘ၍ଣʿঐ๕ࣖू˙ࠦᏐ
               application on construction management and energy efficient   ͜༟ৃ߅ҦආБਠᙄfਖ਼பʃଡ଼ϓࡰਞᝈ
               provisions. Members of the Task Force visited the precast façade factory   əމ˜ၠ׋ඩ߹™ධͦႡிཫႡଡ଼΁ٙʈᅀe
               for the Greenhill Villa project, the show flats and sales office for Mount   ˜ၯᏊࢤ™ʿ˜ၯჼၽ™ٙͪᇍఊЗձਯᅽஈ
               Verdant and Terrace Concerto, as well as the Greenhill Villa construction   ˸ʿ˜ၠ׋ඩ߹™ٙܔጘήᆵdԨൖ࿀əͪ
               site and inspected the hand-over quality of the show flats as well as the   ᇍఊЗٙʹᅽሯ९ʿהમ՟ٙ˜Όࠦમ͜ཫ
