            During the year, the Executive Committee held 12 meetings with an   ϋʫdੂБ։ࡰึ΍ᑘБɤɚϣึᙄd዆
            overall attendance rate of 85 per cent. The key areas of review of the   ᜗̈ࢩଟމϵʱʘɞɤʞfੂБ։ࡰึٙ
            Executive Committee included the corporate performance for 2016/17,   ˴ࠅᏨীᇍᖚܼ̍ɚཧɓʬ / ɓɖϋܓٙΆ
            the corporate performance measures for 2017/18; the audited financial   ุڌତeɚཧɓɖ / ɓɞϋܓΆุڌତٙ൙
            statements for the year ended 31 March 2017; the corporate business   ࣨ๟ۆe࿚Їɚཧɓɖϋɧ˜ɧɤɓ˚˟
            plan and consolidated budget for 2018/19; and salary adjustment   ϋܓٙ຾ᄲࣨৌਕజڌeɚཧɓɞ/ ɓɘϋ
            based on the recommendation of the Remuneration Committee. The   ܓٙΆุุਕࠇྌʿၝΥཫၑd˸ʿਿ׵
            Executive Committee also deliberated a number of housing projects   ᑚཇ։ࡰึٙܔᙄהЪ̈ٙᑚږሜ዆fੂ
            under planning and development and reviewed the members’ Code of   Б։ࡰึ͵ਠᙄəεධ஝ྌʕʿ೯࢝ʕٙ
            Conduct, the implementation of Well-off Tenants Policy and Rent   ג܊ධͦʿᄲൖə։ࡰБމςۆeబ˒݁
            Assistance Scheme; rent adjustment for domestic rental estates; as well   ഄʿॡږ౪пࠇྌٙપБઋرeИσ̈ॡ
            as housing-related researches and studies. The Executive Committee   ܊㡼ٙॡږሜ዆ᙄࣩ˸ʿϞᗫג܊ٙ޼Ӻ
            also received from the Management an annual risk assessment report   ձሜݟfੂБ։ࡰึ͵ҭࣨə၍ଣᄴఱഄ
            on strategic risks and operational risks. Based on the recommendations   ଫࠬᎈʿᐄ༶ࠬᎈ౤ʹٙϋܓࠬᎈ൙Пజ
            of the Special Committee on Investment, the Executive Committee   ѓf࣬ኽҳ༟तй։ࡰึ౤Զٙܔᙄdੂ
            approved the asset allocation and appointment of professional fund   Б։ࡰึᄲҭəҳ༟ଡ଼Υٙ༟ପʱৣʿਖ਼
            managers for the investment portfolios. The Executive Committee   ุਿږ຾ଣٙ։΂fੂБ։ࡰึ࣬ኽ౤Τ
            based on the recommendations of the Nominating Committee    ։ࡰึٙܔᙄ։΂əᑚཇ։ࡰึϓࡰfੂ
            appointed members to the Remuneration Committee. The Executive   Б։ࡰึ͵։΂əҳ༟तй։ࡰึeڗ٫
            Committee also appointed members to the Special Committee on   ג܊तй։ࡰึ˸ʿධͦணࠇʿܔጘʈ೻
            Investment, the Special Committee on Elderly Housing and the Task   ਖ਼பʃଡ଼ٙϓࡰf
            Force on Design and Construction.
            Emoluments for Executive Committee                          執行委員會成員的酬金
            Members

            Non-ex officio members of the Executive Committee received an   ੂБ։ࡰึٙڢ຅್։ࡰѩ̙ᐏ೯ཇږd
            honorarium in recognition of their level of accountability and time   ˸ٵ֛˼ࡁ࿁։ࡰึʈЪٙוዄʿҳɝٙ
            commitment in committee work. These emoluments are set by the   ࣛගfତࣛٙཇږ˥္̻͟ԫึᔾࠈdԨ
            Supervisory Board with current levels being effective since   ͟ɚཧɓʬϋɘ˜ɚɤɘ˚ৎ͛ࣖf˴ࢩ
            29 September 2016. The Chairman and the Vice-Chairman are entitled   ʿਓ˴ࢩٙཇږʱйމӊ˜ɧຬʬɷಥʩ
            to HK$36,000 and HK$18,000 per month respectively, while HK$9,000   ʿɓຬɞɷಥʩdϾՉ˼ڢ຅್։ࡰٙཇ
            per month is offered to each of the other non-ex officio members. As at   ږމӊ˜ɘɷಥʩf࿚Їɚཧɓɞϋɧ˜
            31 March 2018, four out of the ten non-ex officio Executive Committee   ɧɤɓ˚dίɤΤੂБ։ࡰึڢ຅್։ࡰ
