            In respect of compliance, internal control and risk management, the   ίΥ஝eʫ௅္છʿࠬᎈ၍ଣ˙ࠦdᄲࣨ
            Audit Committee approved the annual internal audit plan and reviewed   ։ࡰึҭࣨΌϋʫ௅ᄲࣨࠇྌʿᏨীࠇྌ
            its implementation status. It also reviewed 10 internal audit reports and   ٙપБઋرd͵ᄲቡəɤ΅ʫ௅ᄲࣨజѓ
            the implementation of the agreed management actions. The Audit   ʿהમ՟ٙ՘֛၍ଣણ݄fϤ̮dᄲࣨ։
            Committee also reviewed a number of other reports, including the   ࡰึ͵ᄲቡε΅Չ˼జѓdܼ̍Άุࠬᎈ
            enterprise risk management framework and the annual risk assessment   ၍ଣ࣪ݖʿΌϋࠬᎈ൙П௰อ༟ࣘజѓe
            update report, the technical audit report, an ad-hoc report on use of   ҦஔᄲࣨజѓeϞᗫ˸ሜ༆˙ό༆Ӕنᙄ
            mediation for dispute resolution, and the corruption prevention   ٙਖ਼ᕚజѓ˸ʿก݁ʮ໇ԣ˟஭Ϯஈ೯̈
            advisory reports from the Corruption Prevention Department of the   ٙԣ˟஭ϮจԈజѓfᄲࣨ։ࡰึӊ̒ϋ
            Independent Commission Against Corruption. The Audit Committee   Σ္ԫึ౤ʹజѓdʫ࢙Ϟᗫீཀʫ௅ᇆ
            submitted reports on the overall adequacy and effectiveness of the   ࣨ̌ঐʿ̮໌ࣨᅰࢪٙʈЪԸᏨীג՘ί
            compliance, ethical standards, risk management and internal control   Υ஝e༸ᅃᅺ๟eࠬᎈ၍ଣʿʫ௅္છӻ
            systems through the work of the internal and external assurance   ୕˙ࠦٙ዆᜗̂ԑ೻ܓʿϓࣖf
            providers to the Supervisory Board on a half-yearly basis.

            Nominating Committee                                        提名委員會

            The Nominating Committee acts on behalf of the Supervisory Board   ౤Τ։ࡰึ˾ڌ္ԫึ္࿀ג՘։ࡰٙ౤
            and oversees the Housing Society’s membership nomination and   Τʿ፯ᑘ೻ҏd˸ʿᄲࣨอ։ࡰ̋ɝג՘
            election processes, as well as admission of new members to the   ٙ೻ҏdߧɢᆽڭג՘։ࡰՈ௪ѩፅٙʑ
            Housing Society. It is dedicated to ensuring that the Housing Society   ঐʿਖ਼ุߠ౻f
            membership consists of a balanced mix of skills and professional
            background.

            There were seven members on the Nominating Committee as at 1 April   ࿚Їɚཧɓɖϋ̬˜ɓ˚d౤Τ։ࡰึ΍
            2017, comprising the Chairman and the Vice-Chairman of the   ϞɖΤϓࡰd္ܼ̍ԫึ˴ࢩʿਓ˴ࢩe
            Supervisory Board, the Permanent Secretary for Transport and Housing   ͟༶፩ʿג܊҅੬΂।ࣣڗ€ג܊̈΂ٙ
            (Housing) serving as an ex officio member, the Chief Executive Officer   ຅್։ࡰeБ݁ᐼ൒ࡒੂБᐼ฀ԫe္ԫ
            and Executive Director, the immediate past Chairman of the Supervisory   ึɪ΂˴ࢩʿ̤̮ՇΤ္ԫึϓࡰf׵ɚ
            Board, and two other members of the Supervisory Board. At the AGM   ཧɓɖϋɘ˜ʞ˚ᑘБٙմϋ։ࡰɽึɪd
            held on 5 September 2017, Dr Tony Leung Ka-tung and Prof Kenneth   ૑࢕ಊ௹ɻʿుᗎ࿲઺બ׵ҁϓɧϋ΂ಂ
            Pang Tsan-wing retired from the Nominating Committee after   ܝৗ΂౤Τ։ࡰึf͟׵૑࢕ಊ௹ɻίҁ
            completing their three-year terms of office. As Dr Tony Leung Ka-tung   ϓஹᚃՇ֣€΢މಂɧϋ္ԫึ΂ಂܝd
            was required to step down from the Supervisory Board after serving   ඲׵ɚཧɓɖϋմϋ։ࡰɽึɪৗ΂္ԫ
            two consecutive three-year terms at the 2017 AGM, he would not be   ึd݂ʔΥ༟ࣸΎᐏ։΂̋ɝ౤Τ։ࡰึf
            eligible to stand for re-appointment to the Nominating Committee. At   ᎇഹుᗎ࿲઺બʿ௓࢕ቸ΋͛׵ɚཧɓɖ
            the Supervisory Board meeting held immediately after the 2017 AGM,   ϋմϋ։ࡰɽึɪϓ̌ᐏࠠ፯މ္ԫึϓ
            Prof Kenneth Pang Tsan-wing was re-appointed and Mr Chan Ka-kui   ࡰd˼ࡁ׵ɚཧɓɖϋմϋ։ࡰɽึܝટ
            was appointed to the Nominating Committee for a three-year term of   ᚃᑘБ္ٙԫึึᙄɪdʱйᐏ္ԫึΎ
            office following their successful re-election to the Supervisory Board at   ։΂ʿ։΂މ౤Τ։ࡰึϓࡰd΂ಂɧϋf
            the 2017 AGM. The Nominating Committee consisted of seven   ࿚Їɚཧɓɞϋɧ˜ɧɤɓ˚d౤Τ։ࡰ
