                        In relation to the sales of properties, the Housing Society has   ג܊՘ึಀࠅӋვБމՉ̈ਯ

                        purchasers mortgage loans up to above 70% of the price of the   ʘܲ౧dϤτર˿ג܊՘ึ඲
                        properties. Provision for claims in the event of default was   ౤ᅡ๟௪˸ᎵᒔვБΪᕸሪϾ
                        therefore made to indemnify the banks for losses arising from   ඲וዄٙฦ̰fϤוዄಂࠢމ
                        the request. The guarantee period is 20 to 30 years.        ɚɤЇɧɤϋf

                        At 31 March 2018, total contingent liabilities in respect of the   ׵ɚཧɓɞϋɧ˜ɧɤɓ˚d
                        guarantee are estimated to be approximately HK$1,185.1      ПࠇϞᗫא್ࠋවމಥ࿆
                        million (2017: HK$2,089.8 million) which could be required to   ɤɓᄂɞɷʞϵɓɤຬʩ€ɚཧ

                        Based on expectations at the end of the reporting period, the   ࣬ኽ׵జѓಂ͋ٙПࠇdৌਕ
                        carrying amount of the financial guarantee as at 31 March 2018   ڭᗇ׵ɚཧɓɞϋɧ˜ɧɤɓ
                        is subject to change depending on the probability of the    ˚ٙሪࠦᄆ࠽d݊ึΪʹ׸࿁
                        counterparty claiming under the guarantee which is a function   ˓ίவৌਕڭᗇʕረʚٙ॰Ꮅ
                        of the likelihood that the financial receivables held by the   ᛆٙ॰ᎵዚึଟϾҷᜊd॰Ꮅ
                        counterparty which are guaranteed suffer credit losses. Should   ዚึଟ՟Ӕ׵ʹ׸࿁˓ΪܵϞ
                        the actual credit losses be different from the expected, an   աڭᗇٙᏐϗৌਕϾኬߧٙڦ

                        they satisfy certain criteria. Management estimates and     ༟пf຅͡ሗᐏҭࣨܝd၍ଣ
                        provides for the amount of incentives when the applications   ᄴПࠇʿᅡ௪ᅽρ၍ଣʿၪࡌ
                        are approved. Should the actual maintenance expenses be     ʘ༟пږᕘfνਗ਼Ըྼყ༟п
                        different from the expected, adjustment to the carrying     ၾПࠇϞ਋ࢨdՉ̙ঐˏߧ๟
