                    In addition to the estate redevelopment commitments included in   ג܊՘ึ׵జѓಂ͋Пࠇdৰə˸ɪ

                    period that it will commit an additional amount of HK$13,125.1   ̬ɤϋٙɤࡈ€ɚཧɓɖϋjɞࡈՉ
                    million (2017: HK$10,951.1 million) for the redevelopment of two   ʕՇࡈ€ɚཧɓɖϋjՇࡈ̈ॡ܊㡼

                    contracted with tenants for future minimum lease payments under   ᗫ̈ॡيุٙʔ̙՟ऊᐄ༶ॡߒd׵
                    non-cancellable operating leases in respect of rented premises which   ɨΐՑಂࣛࠢٙ௰ˇॡږϗɝj
                    fall due as follows:

                    Majority of the leases are negotiated for terms ranging from two to   ɽ௅ʱٙॡߒಂࠢމɚЇɧϋfৰ௅
                    three years. Rentals are generally fixed over the lease terms except   ʱ৾ԓఙՉॡږܲ༈৾ԓఙᐄ༶ਠʘ
                    that rental of certain car parks is calculated on a percentage of their   ᐼᐄุᕘٙϵʱˢࠇၑdՉ˼ॡږί
