In November of 2018, to foster professional exchanges and facilitate މڮආਖ਼ุʹݴʿʮ଺઺ԃdג՘ਗ਼׵ɚ
public education, the Housing Society will organise an international ཧɓɞϋɤɓ˜ᑘ፬਷ყ޼ীึdԨ׵ɤɚ
conference, followed by the opening of its first-ever exhibition centre in ˜ᎇу઼͜ג՘࠯ࡈ࢝ᚎ᎜f
December.

In the year of 2017/18, we achieved good results in all areas, and ɚཧɓɖŊɓɞϋܓʫdҢࡁί΢˙ࠦѩ
maintained a healthy financial position, which is important to provide ՟੻ԳᐶdԨၪܵᖢ਄ٙৌਕًرfவ࿁
financial resources for our rental redevelopment commitment. ౤Զৌ݁༟๕ʚආБ܊㡼ࠠܔධͦЇމࠠ
ࠅf

With the continuing increase in building construction and maintenance ͟׵ᅽρܔጘʿڭቮϓ͉ܵᚃɪʺdҢࡁ
costs we have implemented various cost control measures. This is ʊྼ݄εධϓ͉છՓણ݄fவᅵ࿁׵ג՘
particularly important as our rental estates are ageing and require ცආБɽ஝ᅼూࡌʈ೻d˸ڭቮ˚နϼʷ
extensive rehabilitation work. Much resources are also put to make our ٙ̈ॡ܊㡼ЇމࠠࠅfҢࡁ͵މ˜ᆀ੻ॾה™
rental estates elderly-friendly, both in terms of living environment and ֢࢕τϼࠇྌҳ׳ʔˇ༟๕dί̈ॡ܊㡼
support services, under the Ageing-in-Place programme. ౤Զ˜ڗ٫ʾഛ™֢ٙИᐑྤʿ˕౪؂ਕf
