            New Construction Methods                                    新建築方法

            In support of the Government’s advocacy for adopting the “Modular   މৣΥִ݁౤ࡇٙ˜ଡ଼ༀΥϓ™ܔጘجdҢ
            Integrated Construction” (MiC) approach in building construction, we   ࡁਗ਼Ꮸী޴ᗫ˙جdಂૐ׵͊Ը̈ॡ೯࢝
            will review the same with an aim to apply partial MiC in our   ධͦ༊Б௅ʱમ͜˜ଡ଼ༀΥϓ™ܔጘجfҢ
            forthcoming rental projects as pilot. Our mid-term target is to extend   ࡁٙʕಂͦᅺ݊ਗ਼ͦۃИσɽᅽʕٙཫႡ
            the current precast elements in residential towers from pure 2D to   ଡ଼΁͟ॱɚၪ౤ʺЇɚၪ+ ɧၪd׵͛ପʈ
            2D+3D, with kitchen and toilet modules fully assembled offsite and   ᅀΌࠦଡ଼ༀᄼఽଡ଼΁ܝdΎ༶৔Їʈήༀ
            then transported onsite for installation.                   లf

            We share the vision that MiC, a construction method whose benefits   ˜ଡ଼ༀΥϓ™ܔጘجٙλஈܼ̍ҷഛήᆵτ
            include improved site safety, reduced construction waste, more   Όeಯˇܔጘᄻࣘe౤৷ܔጘࣖଟe౤ʺሯ
            efficient building timeline, better quality control and less disturbance   ඎછՓdԨಯˇ࿁ڝڐ֢͏ٙಿᓔʿኛࠪf
            and noise to nearby residents, would be the mid and long-term   Ңࡁଉڦ˜ଡ଼ༀΥϓ™ܔጘجਗ਼ϓމܔிุ
            direction for the building industry. We also believe this methodology   ٙʕЇڗಂ೯࢝˙ΣfҢࡁ͵޴ڦϤ˙ج

            We continue to embrace innovation in our project plans, which befits   Ңࡁίධͦ஝ྌɪܵᚃࠧอd᜗ତג՘˜ג
            our role as a “housing laboratory”. In 2017/18, we ran two workshops to   ܊ྼ᜕܃™ٙԉЍf׵ɚཧɓɖŊɓɞϋ
            promote the application of modern technology for the future housing   ܓdҢࡁᑘ፬əՇϣʈЪѥdપᄿג՘ί
            developments of the Housing Society. Topics including material and   ͊Ըٙג܊೯࢝ධͦʕdהમٙ͜ତ˾߅
            building technology, information technology, smart building   Ҧd຅ʕ଄ႊيࣘʿܔጘ߅Ҧe༟ৃ߅Ҧe
            technology and energy efficient and green solutions were covered.  ౽ঐᅽρ߅Ҧd˸ʿঐ๕ࣖूၾၠЍ˙ࣩ
