            Ancillary facilities provided at the site will include a shopping centre   ༈ධͦਗ਼ึ౤ԶʔΝٙৣࢁண݄dԷνਠ
            and public car park, as well as two Residential Care Homes for the   ఙeʮ଺৾ԓఙd˸ʿՇהᚐଣτϼ৫ٸ
            Elderly (RCHE). As with all of our other new projects, our aim is to   ഃfɓνג՘ᒍɨٙהϞՉ˼อධͦdҢ
            provide services not only for tenants, but also for the benefit of the   ࡁٙͦᅺʔఊΣॡ˒౤Զ؂ਕd͵Νࣛމ

            The Development Bureau recently reviewed the ex-gratia      ͟׵ڐಂ೯࢝҅ఱִ݁೯࢝૶װБਗٙत
            compensation and rehousing package for government development   ౉໾Ꮅʿτໄ˙ࣩආБᏨীd˿Ϥධͦٙ
            clearance exercises, entailing adjustments in the collaboration model of   ೯࢝ΥЪᅼόϞהሜ዆dϾ޴ᗫሜ዆ಂૐ
            this project which can also be referenced in other similar Dedicated   ̙Զ͊ԸՉ˼ᗳЧٙਖ਼͜τໄ܊㡼ධͦЪ
            Rehousing Estate projects in future. As such, preparation of the land   ਞϽfΪϤd༈ධͦٙҭή೻ҏ͍ίආБ
            grant is in progress. Target completion of the project will be 2023/2024.  ʕf ዆ࡈධͦٙͦᅺҁʈࣛගމɚཧ

            Hung Shui Kiu                                               洪水橋
            Planning and preliminary design for our Hung Shui Kiu project in Yuen   ʩࣦݳ˥዗ධͦʊක֐ආБ஝ྌʿڋӉண
            Long are now underway. The key parameters including plot ratio, gross   ࠇf׵ɚཧɓɞϋɓ˜dִ݁ʊࡡۆɪΝ
            floor area and maximum building height as well as a phased   จධͦהऒʿήጐˢଟeᐼᅽࠦࠦጐd˸
            development programme for the project were agreed in principle by   ʿᅽ৷ɪࠢഃ˴ࠅਞᅰdԨʱචݬආБ೯
            the Government in January 2018.                             ࢝ࠇྌf

            Hung Shui Kiu project was initiated at the invitation of the Government   ݳ˥዗ධͦɗᏐִ݁ᒗሗϾ࢝කdໝϓܝ
            and, when completed, will have around 2,100 subsidised flats for rental   ਗ਼౤Զߒ2,100 ࡈ༟п̈ॡʿ̈ਯఊЗdৣ
            and sale, with supporting amenities such as retail facilities and car   ௪ཧਯʿ৾ԓఙഃৣࢁண݄f༈ධͦ͵ਗ਼
            parking spaces. This project will also be used to help rehouse those   ͜׵τໄաִ݁೯࢝૶װБਗהᅂᚤٙΥ
            eligible clearees affected by government development clearance   ༟ࣸɛɻf
            exercises.
