工地安全講座
Occupational Safety and Health (OSH)
We continued our emphasis on construction
site safety. In addition to organising regular
safety workshops and monitoring contractors’
safety practices, we engaged the Occupational
Safety and Health Council to carry out
scheduled safety audits of our sites and
launched a pilot incentive scheme partnering
with the contractor at Greenhill Villa to reward
workers identified for their good safety
performance.
OSH performance during the review period:

2016/17 average yearly accident rate is 10 per
1,000 worker which is below the industry’s
yearly average of 35 per 1,000 workers and
the limit set by the Development Bureau of
22 per 1,000 workers

Site safety workshops, safety audits, risk
management workshops and integrity
workshops are regularly carried out at all our
ongoing projects
•
HK$10,000
each donated to Construction
Safety Promotional Campaign 2016, Best
Property Safety Management Award 2016-17

房協視工作安全為重中之重。
除了定期舉辦的安全工作坊及
監察承建商的安全措施外，我
們亦委聘職業安全健康局定時
到工地進行安全審核。於「綠
怡雅苑」項目中，房協聯同總
承建商合作推出試驗獎勵計
劃，以表揚在安全方面表現良
好的工人。
