The Housing Society will continue to embrace
environmental initiatives in our business
operations, adopt environmentally-friendly
designs and construction methods in our
housing projects, minimise waste and conserve
natural resources in our housing estates. In
addition, we will spare no effort to enhance the
environmental awareness among our staff,
residents and the public through our
promotion and education.
We are also committed to exploring housing
solutions and services that allow the elderly in
our community to age in place and enjoy a
better quality of life. Achieving this goal will
involve raising awareness of the need for
elderly housing in Hong Kong and promoting
our Ageing-in-Place Scheme together with the
industry and a wide spectrum of stakeholders
including the Government and social
organisations.

房協將繼續將環保措施融入業
務營運，並在轄下屋邨採用環
保設計及建築方法、盡量減
廢、保護自然資源。同時，我
們亦不忘透過推廣及教育，提
升員工、住戶及市民大眾的環
保意識。
我們亦致力研究房屋方案及服
務，讓社會上的長者居家安
老，樂享頤年。為此，我們需
要加深大眾對本港長者住屋
需求的關注，並與業界及各界
持份者包括政府及社會機構攜
手推廣「樂得耆所」居家安老
計劃。
In collaboration with our business partners and with the support of
the Government, we have been providing sustainable housing and
housing-related services for the people of Hong Kong for nearly 70
years. Looking forward, we will remain to be the “housing
laboratory” for Hong Kong and strive to introduce various housing
solutions to meet the aspirations of the community.
過去近七十年來，房協有賴政府的支持，與業務夥伴攜手合作，為
香港市民提供可持續房屋及相關服務。今後，我們會繼續擔當「房屋
實驗室」的角色，為市民推出不同的房屋方案，回應社會所需。
