Senior Citizen Residences Scheme
「長者安居樂」住屋計劃
Located on Lee Kung Street in Hung Hom, “Blissful Place” is the third project under the “Senior
Citizen Residences Scheme”. The project is specifically designed as a one-stop solution to
cater to the housing, recreational, medical and care needs of the middle-income elderly. With
312 flats, the property offers over 50% of one-bedroom units, with the remainder being studio
flats. The 29-storey building incorporates thoughtful age-friendly designs within each flat,
including double door viewers, low door curbs, non-slip tiles and more. Additionally, thematic
colours are used on each floor for easy identification by the seniors. Furthermore, the building
is equipped with “Integrated Care Link System”, allowing tenants to receive emergency support
within the property by pressing either the bedside/wall mounted call buttons in the bathroom,
or a portable device with a locator function. The building also features a sky garden, clubhouse
and residential care home for senior residents, aligning with seniors’ practical needs in their
lifestyle. The allocation of flats has been ongoing since August 2023.

位於紅磡利工街的「豐頤居」為房協第三個「長者安居樂」住屋計劃項目，致力為中產階層長者提供集
住屋、康樂及醫療護理於一身的居所。項目提供三百一十二個單位，超過一半屬一房單位，其餘為
開放式單位。「豐頤居」樓高二十九層，其中單位內的設計加入多項貼心的長者友善設計，包括大門
設高低雙防盜眼、低門檻和防滑地磚等。此外，各樓層的設計均採用不同的主題顏色，方便長者辨
認。屋苑亦設有「智能樂齡緊急支援系統」，住戶透過按動床邊或浴室牆上的緊急召喚按鈕，或配有
定位功能的隨身裝置，便可於屋苑範圍內得到緊急協助。另外，大廈設有空中花園、會所及護理安
老院舍，切合長者的實際生活需要。自二零二三年八月以來，單位編配持續進行。
