Quality Elderly Housing Project
優質長者房屋項目

The Tanner Hill was launched in 2015 as a non-subsidised elderly housing
project, providing 588 residential units with quality age-friendly amenities and
services. Since its completion, all units were fully occupied, and during the
reporting year, we achieved around 98% short-term and long-term agreement
signing rate with our tenants.
The Housing Society incorporates the values of “Enjoying with Friends”,
“Health is Happiness”, “Financial Independence”, “Better Family Relationship”
and “Worry-free Living” in providing top-quality management services within
the housing complex. The Tanner Hill Joyous Circle offers various skilled care
services to its residents, such as the Residential Care Home for the Elderly
(“RCHE”), a day care and training centre, and a rehabilitation centre.

The Tanner Hill Joyous Circle was awarded the “Facility of the Year – Day Care
Centre (Winner)” in the 11 Asia Pacific Eldercare Innovation Awards 2023,

organised by Ageing Asia in Singapore. This recognition acknowledges its
provision of the best social, health and care facilities to enable the elderly to
age in place.

於二零一五年，房協推出非資助長者房屋項目「雋悅」，提供五百八十八個住宅單位
及相關長者友善設施及服務。自項目落成以來，所有住宅單位已全部入住，而在報
告年度內，我們與租戶的短期及長期租約簽訂率達近百分之九十八。
房協秉承「樂」、「康」、「盈」、「家」、「活」的價值，在「雋悅」提供最優質的管理服
務。屋苑的「雋康天地」提供完善的配套設施，例如設有護理安老院舍、日間照護及
訓練中心，以及復康中心。

「雋康天地」在新加坡Ageing Asia主辦的二零二三年度「第十一屆亞太區創新老年
照護項目大獎」中，榮獲「年度最佳日間護理中心設施」獎項，表彰其以最優質的社
區、醫療及護理設施，協助長者實現居家安老。
