Creating an Environment for Holistic Wellness
促進租戶身心健康

The CES Team is committed to creating a living environment that fosters positive wellbeing of the
tenants. Various initiatives, such as regular health check activities, exercise classes and health
management groups, were conducted to encourage tenants in adopting healthy lifestyles. Mental
Wellness Months programmes are organised annually to raise tenants’ awareness on mental health.

In collaboration with Hong Kong Arts Centre and New Life Psychiatric Rehabilitation Association, the
team initiated a pilot programme on Mind-friendly Estate Model in Cho Yiu Chuen since November 2022
under the sponsorship of the Lee Hysan Foundation. During the reporting year, two mural paintings were
created together with tenants as vibrant decorations in Cho Yiu Chuen, enhancing the visual appeal and
providing mindful spaces for tenants to relieve stress. Additionally, a series of art workshops infused
with mindfulness elements were also organised. Training programmes and visits were provided for
tenants to become Mindful Art Ambassadors, promoting a mind-friendly and mutual care culture in the
estate.

「房協友里」團隊致力為租戶創造一個健康和積極的生活環境。透過推行多項措施，例如定期健康檢查活動、運動
班、健康管理小組等，鼓勵租戶建立健康的生活方式。為提升租戶對精神健康的認識及關注，我們每年更舉辦「精
神健康月」活動。

在利希慎基金贊助下，「房協友里」團隊、香港藝術中心及新生精神康復會攜手合作，自二零二二年十一月起在祖
堯邨推行「心靈友善屋邨@祖堯邨」先導計劃。於報告年度內，團隊在祖堯邨與居民一同繪製兩幅壁畫，既美化屋
邨環境，同時又為租戶提供舒緩壓力的空間。此外，我們亦舉辦一系列注入靜觀元素的藝術工作坊。租戶更可透
過參與培訓計劃和探訪活動成為「心澄大使」，推廣心靈健康及互相關懷的屋邨文化。
