As we face the challenge of an ageing population, we continue to ᛠ׵ɛɹϼʷה੭Ըٙܿ኷dҢࡁʔᓙઞ
pursue the most effective ways to support the elderly, both living in our Ӌ௰Ϟࣖٙ˙ࣩd˸˕౪֢Иίג՘܊㡼
estates and the community. This includes not only developing ʿ຅ਜٙڗ٫fג՘ʔසዄ຅࠰ಥ˜ג܊ྼ
innovative elderly housing projects in our role as Hong Kong’s “housing ᜕܃™ٙԉЍdක೯௴อٙڗ٫ג܊ධͦd

               Ageing-In-Place Scheme 「樂得耆所」居家安老計劃

The Government has identified a need for ageing-in-place initiatives for ࠰ಥִ݁׵ɚཧɓɖϋ݄݁జѓʕܸ̈d
its elderly citizens, observing in its 2017 Policy Address that the public ˜֢࢕τϼމ͉d৫ٸ๫ᚥމܝ౪™ٙ݁ഄ
and stakeholders broadly support the policy of “ageing in place as the ˙০੻Ցʮ଺ʿܵ΅٫ٙᄿع˕ܵdᜑͪ
core, institutional care as back-up”. ִ݁׼ᐝމڗ٫પБ֢࢕τϼ݁ഄٙცࠅf

As such, enabling tenants to age in place is a guiding principle for our ՘пڗ٫ॡ˒ྼስ˜֢࢕τϼ™݊ג՘၍ଣ
rental housing. The Ageing-in-Place (AIP) Scheme is designed to help ̈ॡ܊㡼ٙɓධʈЪࡡۆf˜ᆀ੻ॾה™֢
