               The AIP Scheme won the Top Best Practice Awards in Social Welfare
               presented by the Hong Kong Council of Social Service.

               According to a review of the AIP Scheme’s Social Return on Investment   ࣬ኽɓධ࿁˜ᆀ੻ॾה™ࠇྌආБٟٙึҳ
               (SROI), in 2017/18, the Scheme generated HK$4.8 return in social value   ༟ΫజᏨীᜑͪd׵ɚཧɓɖŊɓɞϋܓd
               on every dollar invested. It brings significant benefits to the elderlies,   ߰˸ٟึᄆ࠽ࠇၑdࠇྌӊҳ׳ɓʩک̙
               their families, as well as the society as a whole. It is hoped that the   ੭Ը̬ᓃɞಥʩٙΫజdމڗ٫eՉ࢕ࢬ
               implementation of the AIP Scheme at rental estates could serve as a   ʿ዆᜗ٟึ੭Ը୽ɽႢूfҢࡁಂૐவධ

               The Tanner Hill                                            「雋     」

               Launched at the end of 2015, The Tanner Hill in North Point for senior   ίɚཧɓʞϋϋֵdג՘׵̏ԉપ̈Όಥ
               citizens of better financial means was the first of its kind in Hong Kong   ࠯௴˜ཡࣀ™ධͦdމ຾᏶ঐɢ༰Գٙڗ٫
               to provide the elderly accommodation that was integrated with full   ౤ԶɓࡈഐΥΌࠦ๫ᚐʿ˕౪ٙИ܊؂ਕf
               range of care and supporting services. The Tanner Hill’s “all-in” model   ˜ཡࣀ™ٙɓ१όၝΥᅼόdމڗ٫ॡ˒౤
               offers its tenants comprehensive lifestyle facilities and services, social   ԶΌࠦٙ͛ݺண݄ʿ؂ਕeٟʹੰᆀݺਗe
               and recreational activities, home-care support, healthcare, wellness and   ࢕֢ᚐଣ˕౪eڭ਄ᔼᐕʿਖ਼ุ๫ᚐf
               skilled-care services, all on-site.


               The building’s design prioritises the needs of elderly residents, both   ೌሞዹͭІИఊЗאʮ΍٤ගd˜ཡࣀ™ٙ
               within individual units and in common areas. Examples of universal   ணࠇѩᎴ΋Ͻᅇڗ٫֢͏ٙ͛ݺცࠅdԷ
               accessibility features include wide entrances, visual fire alarms and large   νڗ٫ʾഛٙணࠇतЍఱܼ̍મ͜əᄱᒪ
               electricity switches at accessible heights. Emergency call buttons are   ٙ̈ɝɹeൖ྅ᙆᙒd˸ʿ৷ܓቇʕٙत
               located in each unit and a no-motion detection system automatically   ɽཥౚf΢ࡈఊЗ͵ணϞၡܢ̜ఎܲඐʿ
               alerts staff if a resident displays no activity for eight hours.  ᎑࿒ઞ಻ӻ୕d߰ӻ୕ίɞʃࣛʫ͊ঐਈ
