The Healthy-Joyous Lifestyle Programme includes regular

this new programme has been positive. In 2017/18, the Day Care and ᎛fИ˒࿁ࠇྌٙڋӉˀᏐڢ੬͍ࠦf׵
Training Centre achieved an average utilisation rate of 28%, reaching ɚཧɓɖŊɓɞϋܓd˚ග๫ᚐʿ৅ᇖʕ
58% of available capacity by March 2018, while the Physical ː̻ٙѩԴ͜ଟމϵʱʘɚɤɞd࿚Їɚ
Rehabilitation Centre achieved 100% utilisation. ཧɓɞϋɧ˜༺ϵʱʘʞɤɞdϾూੰʕ

Also housed within the Joyous Circle is a Residential Care Home for the ˜ཡੰ˂ή™ʫٙᚐଣτϼ৫ٸ˜ཡੰ᎚ࢬ™
Elderly (RCHE), dedicated to the care of elderly tenants and community Цήɧᄴd݊ਖ਼މ๫ᚥИ˒ʿٟਜʫٙڗ
members. With a capacity of 117 beds over three floors, the RCHE has ٫ϾணdணϞ 117ࡈґЗdԨৣ௪΋ආٙ๫
nurses on-call 24 hours a day and offers advanced care facilities. The ᚐண݄d౤Զ24ʃࣛਖ਼ุᚐଣ؂ਕf׵ɚ
average occupancy rate of the RCHE in 2017/18 was 29%, reaching 40% ཧɓɖŊɓɞϋܓd˜ཡੰ᎚ࢬ™̻ٙѩɝ
of available capacity as of March 2018. ИଟމϵʱʘɚɤɘdϾ࿚Їɚཧɓɞϋ

The Tanner Hill also houses two club areas for its tenants, the Joyous ˜ཡࣀ™ணϞ˜ཡࣀ • 䁩™ʿИ܄ึהՇࡈึ
Hub and the Residents’ Club. The former is made available to members הdϾ˜ཡࣀ • 䁩™ۆ˸ึࡰՓҖόԶʮ଺
of the public as well through membership mechanism. ɛɻԮ͜f

The Joyous Hub, located on the third floor, offers a Chinese restaurant З׵ɧᅽٙ˜ཡࣀ • 䁩™ணϞຽൄᝂeჀ࠮
and a western style cafeteria with light meal, multi-function rooms and ტeε̌ঐ܃d˸ʿՉ˼਄Ԓʿੰᆀண݄d
other fitness training and recreational facilities for tenants and ԶИ˒ʿึࡰԴ͜f࿚Їɚཧɓɞϋɧ˜d
registered members. As of March 2018, there were more than 3,000 ˜ཡࣀ • 䁩™΍ם෍൴ཀ 3,000 Τึࡰf
members.
