                                                                      offers general and specialist Chinese Medicine services.

            Also newly-launched at the Joyous Hub in late-2017 was a Traditional   ˜ཡࣀ • 䁩™׵ɚཧɓɖϋϋֵၾ࠰ಥऍึ
            Chinese Medicine clinic, in partnership with the Hong Kong Baptist   ɽኪΥЪකணʕᔼਖ਼߅ൢהd౤ԶʕᔼΌ
            University, offering Chinese medicine and specialist services such as   ߅ʿਖ਼߅؂ਕdܼ̍৶ෆձ০өfอணٙ
            orthopaedics and traumatology as well as acupuncture. The addition of   ʕᔼਖ਼߅ൢהၾίɚཧɓʬϋකணe͟ቮ
            the Chinese medicine clinic complements the existing onsite HKSH   ձᔼ৫ᐄ༶ٙତϞቮձᔼ਄࢕ࢬᔼኪʿਿ
            Healthcare Family Medicine and Primary Care Centre (Tanner Hill) and   ᄴᔼᐕʕː€ʗࣅʆ࿬ڗ٫਄ੰʕː޴Ⴞ
            Senior Citizen Wellness Centre that opened in 2016 and being backed   ޴ϓd౤ԶΌ˙Зᔼᐕ؂ਕdΌࠦપБ˜֢
            by the Hong Kong Sanatorium & Hospital. Comprehensive wellness   ࢕τϼ™ٙ฿ׂf
            services have been in place to fully implement the concept of ageing in
            place.

            After a lukewarm market response to The Tanner Hill project in its first   ͟׵̹ఙߘཡࣀ™પ̈࠯ϋٙˀᏐ࿔ᆠd
            year, adjustments were made to the leasing options in 2016. Tenants   Ңࡁ׵ɚཧɓʬϋࠠ዆ə̙ԶॡИٙ፯ධf
            were offered the opportunity to initially choose a two-year lease and   ॡ˒̙΋፯኿˸ՇϋॡߒॡИdՉܝ̙ᎇ
            then, at any time, change to a long lease, with half of the rent already   ࣛᔷމڗॡdԨ̙ਗ਼ʊᖮʹٙɓ̒ॡږ͜
            paid credited towards the long lease charges, to a maximum of twelve   Ъ˕˹ڗॡٙॡИᛆ൬d˸ɤɚࡈ˜މɪ
            months’ rental.                                             ࠢf

            This measure, together with other marketing efforts and word-of-  ৣΥ̹ఙપᄿݺਗʿʮ଺ɹ຦dධͦϓ̌
            mouth, has proven successful in attracting tenants to the project. As of   іˏՑһεॡ˒˕ܵf࿚Їɚཧɓɞϋɧ
            March 2018, all 588 units had been leased. Moreover, 71 tenants had   ˜d˜ཡ ࣀ™588ࡈఊЗ຾ʊΌᅰॡ̈fϤ
            moved from the short to the long-lease option during the review year,   ̮d71Τॡ˒׵Ϋᚥϋʫ͟೵ॡᔷމڗॡd
            confirming that this style of living is well-suited to their needs. As a   ᗇ׼வ၇͛ݺᅼόʲΥڗ٫ცӋdධͦٙ
            result, 58% of the residents were long-lease tenants.       ڗॡॡ˒Цᐼᅰϵʱʘʞɤɞf
