The Housing Society’s corporate website (www.hkhs.com) underwent a גΆุၣ१(www.hkhs.com) ɚཧɓɞ
major revamp in the review period, completed in March 2018. In ϋɧ˜ҁϓࠧอfৰ˸อࠦͦͪɛ̮dၣ
addition to a new look and feel, the overhaul included enhancing the १ٙ̌ঐ͵Όࠦʺfၣ१ίҷوܝdʫ
website’s functionality through use of new technology features. The ࢙һމᔮబʿՈૢଣd˙کʮᓭᚎʿฤ
updated website provides enriched and re-organised contents for రdԨϞп̋੶ҢࡁၾʔΝܵ΅٫ٙ๖ஷd
easier navigation and searching by the public, and better supports ʕܼ֢̍͏eุਕྫМeదʿʮɛ
communication with our various stakeholder groups, including our ɻf
residents, business partners, media and the general public.
Our new “Housing Society Community” Facebook page was also ҢࡁอணٙFacebookਖ਼ࠫגɛ・ઋ・բ
launched in April 2017, with a goal of sharing our corporate social ɚཧɓɖϋ̬˜પ̈dίၣɪΣɽʱ
responsibility initiatives and business updates with followers. As of ԮҢࡁٙΆุٟึபdԨԶ௰อุਕ
31 March 2018, the page had recorded 2,447 followers and made ༟ৃf࿚Їɚཧɓɞϋɧ˜ɧɤɓ˚dਖ਼
153 posts, garnering a total of 359,459 views and 4,124 positive ࠫᔳ٫ɛᅰ༺2,447 ɛd֭ɿᅰͦ༺153

In 2017/18, we received a total of 1,599 enquires through our hotline ɚཧɓɖŊɓɞϋܓdҢࡁᐼટᐏ1,599
and 3,819 enquiries by email, as compared with 2,373 and 3,339 ࡈཥ༑ʿ3,819 ࡈཥඉݟ༔d ˢ༰ɚཧ
respectively in 2016/17. These enquirers were primarily Housing Society ɓʬŊɓɖϋٙᅰοʱйމ 2,373 ࡈʿ 3,339
residents, tertiary students and academics, community groups, ࡈfݟ༔ɛɻɽεމג֢͏eɽਖ਼ኪ͛
Legislative and District Councillors and prospective buyers of Subsidised ʿኪ٫eٟਜྠeͭجึʿਜᙄࡰᙄࡰ
Sale Flats Projects. The nature of the requests included seeking ˸ʿ༟п̈ਯג܊ධͦٙ൯fݟ༔ʫ
assistance, requesting for information or expressing opinions related to ࢙ܼ̍Ӌпe॰՟༟ࣘdאఱגٙࠇྌ
