Professional Exchanges 專業交流

The Housing Society regularly receives guests from local, Mainland and ג՘֛ಂટܙ͉ήeʫήʿऎ̮ྠ᜗ஞ܄d
overseas organisations for organised visits to our projects and meetings ਞᝈג՘΢ධͦdԨၾҢࡁٙ၍ଣᄴᑘБ
with our management staff for the purpose of sharing knowledge and ึᙄd ʝ޴ʱԮٝᗆʿ຾᜕f ׵ɚཧ
experience. In 2017/18, we hosted over 240 visitors, including industry ɓɖŊɓɞϋܓdҢࡁ΍ટܙəɚϵ̬ɤ
peers, young professionals, student delegates, government Τஞ܄d຅ʕุܼ̍ޢeϋჀਖ਼ʑeኪ͛˾
representatives and teachers. The visitors represented a wide range of ڌeִ݁˾ڌʿ઺ࢪfஞ܄ʱйԸІ࠰ಥ
organisations such as the Hong Kong General Chamber of Commerce, ᐼਠึe઺ԃ҅eଉέ̹Иגձܔண҅d˸
the Education Bureau, the Bureau of Housing and Construction of ʿΌଢ͊Ը޼Ӻהഃεࡈଡ଼ᔌf
Shenzhen Municipality, the Global Institute for Tomorrow and others.

To promote wider understanding of our work and discuss solutions to މə˿ุޢଉɝə༆ג՘ٙʈЪdԨၾ˼
Hong Kong’s housing challenges with industry peers, our Chairman ࡁఱ࠰ಥג܊ਪᕚᆻਠ༆Ӕ˙ࣩdג՘˴
Marco Wu, as well as other senior management staff, participated in ࢩ◌တऎʿՉ˼৷ॴ၍ଣɛࡰϋʫίεࡈ
various speaking engagements at both academic and professional ኪஔʿਖ਼ุݺਗɪစႭf
events.

These occasions included The Hong Kong Institute of Surveyors (HKIS) ޴ᗫݺਗࠇϞ࠰ಥ಻ඎࢪኪึٙܵᚃਖ਼ุ
Continuing Professional Development Talk and the General Practice ආࡌᑺࢭd˸ʿ࠰ಥ಻ඎࢪኪึၾ࠰ಥɽ
Division Executive Talk Series co-organised by HKIS and The University ኪᑌΥᑘ፬ٙପุ಻ඎଡ଼Б݁ᑺࢭӻΐഃf
of Hong Kong, just to name a few.
