Expense Analysis 支出分析
Total expenses were HK$1,572million, HK$3,317million lower than the ᐼ˕̈މɤʞᄂɖɷɚϵຬಥʩd༰̘ϋ
previous year, mainly due to lower property development costs which ಯˇɧɤɧᄂɓɷɖϵຬಥʩd˴ࠅࡡΪ
were revenue-driven. Staff costs and property leasing and management މيุ೯࢝ϓ͉աϗू੭ਗϾɨൻfࡰʈ
expenses increased by 4% and 6% respectively, primarily due to general ϓ͉eيุॡ༣ʿ၍ଣ˕̈ʱйᄣ̋ϵʱ
inflation and higher spending to maintain our ageing estates. ʘ̬ʿϵʱʘʬd˴ࠅաஷദʿڭቮᔚ㡼

Property Developments for Sale 發展出售物業
Property developments for sale are one of the Housing Society’s core ೯࢝̈ਯيุމגՉʕɓධࣨːุਕձ
businesses and income contributors. Over the years, the Housing ϗɝԸ๕fεϋԸdגɓٜ˕౪ִ݁೯
Society has supported the Government in developing various housing ࢝ʔΝٙג܊ࠇྌdп࠰ಥ̹͏ྼତໄ
schemes to assist people in Hong Kong to fulfil their aspirations of ุᗴૐfତࣛdҢࡁٙٙʈЪࠠᓃ݊ீཀ
home ownership. Currently, our focus is to assist the Government to Զ༟п̈ਯג܊dпִ݁༆Ӕ̙ࠋዄ
resolve the shortage of affordable housing through the provision of ג܊ԶᏐʔԑٙਪᕚdܼ̍༟п̈ਯג܊
Subsidised Sale Flats (SSF), either in standalone SSF projects, or in ධͦeίਖ਼͜τໄ܊㡼e˸ʿίࠠܔܝٙ
