facilities and design of the new project will be optimised based on ᆀ™ධͦdԨ࣬ኽՇࡈତϞධͦٙ຾᜕ʿИ
experience with the two existing developments and feedback from our ˒ٙจԈdᎴʷอධͦٙண݄ʿணࠇfᑘ
tenants. As an example, elderly tenants have identified that they prefer ԷϾԊd޴࿁׵ದآϫʿ਄Ԓ܃ഃ˜ਗ࿒™
having more space dedicated to “static” facilities, such as function ண݄dڗ٫ॡ˒ڌͪ˼ࡁҎૐϞһᄱ౰ٙ

fitness rooms. This preference will be reflected in the new project’s Ԉਗ਼ˀ݈ίอධͦٙணࠇɪf

Construction of the Lee Kung Street project is planned to commence in лʈ൑ධͦٙʈ೻ཫࠇ׵ɚཧɓɞϋɨ̒
