               HKSH Healthcare Family Medicine and Primary Care Centre (Tanner Hill) and Senior Citizen

               Wellness Centre offers specialist services in Family Medicine and Geriatric Medicine.
               ቮձᔼ਄࢕ࢬᔼኪʿਿᄴᔼᐕʕː€ʗࣅʆ࿬ڗ٫਄ੰʕː͟࢕ࢬᔼኪਖ਼߅ʿϼɛ߅ਖ਼

               Tenant satisfaction at The Tanner Hill was measured during the year   Ϋᚥϋʫdג՘׵ɚཧɓɞϋϋڋӘཡࣀ™
               under review by way of a survey conducted in early-2018, an   ॡ˒ආБਪ՜ሜݟd୕ࠇॡ˒࿁˜ཡࣀ™ٙ
               undertaking that delivered an overall satisfaction rate of 99%. Of   တจ೻ܓfИ܄ٙ዆᜗တจଟ৷༺ϵʱʘ
               particular note was the discovery that the tenants not only appreciated   ɘɤɘf຅ʕ࠽੻ɓ౤ٙ݊dॡ˒ʔස࿁
               the service, but also that their family members felt reassured that their   ؂ਕڌͪ᝔ሧdՉ࢕᙮͵Ϊϋڗፋ᙮੻Ց
               elderly relatives were well looked after.                   ઄ː๫ࣘϾ࠴ชτːf


               In striving to provide innovative housing solutions, the Housing Society   ג՘ቚจ౤Զ௴อٙИ܊˙ࣩdႩމϞᗫ
               considers these figures to be demonstrative of the social and   ᅰኽԑᗇவᗳධٟͦٙึʿਠุᄆ࠽fᎇ
               commercial value of this type of project. It is hoped that the   ഹٟึɪ΢චᄴٙڗ٫ɛɹܵᚃᄣ̋dג
               Government, private-sector developers and community members alike   ՘኏ૐִ݁eӷᐄ೯࢝ਠʿٟึ΢ޢආɓ
               will increasingly embrace similar concepts as the elderly population in   Ӊટॶ޴ᗳڐٙධͦ฿ׂf
               all social strata continues to grow.

               Senior Citizen Residences Scheme                           「長者安居樂」住屋計劃
               As part of our ongoing commitment to serve Hong Kong’s low- and   ᎇഹʕପڗ٫ɛɹᄣ̋dג՘ɓٜ˸೯࢝
               middle-income citizens, the Housing Society has a key objective to   Չ˜ڗ٫τ֢ᆀ™И܊ࠇྌމุਕࠠːd˸
               grow our Senior Citizen Residences Scheme (SEN) as the middle-  ᄵБ؂ਕ͉ಥЭЇʕഃϗɝ̹͏ٙוፕf
               income elderly population increases.


               Our first SEN projects, Jolly Place in Tseung Kwan O and Cheerful Court   ࠯Շࡈ˜ڗ٫τ֢ᆀ™ධͦdܼ̍З׵ਗ਼ࠏ
               in Jordan Valley were launched in 2003 and 2004 respectively. They   ዦٙᆀ᎚֢ʿР౱ԋٙ੹᎚֢dʱйίɚ
               were pioneering in that they offered a life-lease model to our tenants.   ཧཧɧϋʿɚཧཧ̬ϋໝϓdމॡ˒౤Զ
               Both existing SEN projects have continued to enjoy full occupancy and   ࿃อٙ୞ԒॡИᅼόfவՇࡈධͦɓٜΌ
               receive positive feedback from tenants.                     ᅰॡ̈dϾॡ˒ٙˀᏐ͵ɤʱ͍ࠦf
