The design of Ying Hoi House combines a European village
style with the charm of a local fishing village.

Additionally, as part of our Voluntary Building Assessment Scheme Ϥ̮dҢࡁપБٙ˜Іᗴᅽρ൙ᄲࠇྌ™ོ
(VBAS), which encourages owners to take part in the maintenance of Ꮈุ˴ਞၾيุڭቮfཀ̘ɓϋdࠇྌމ
their properties, we appointed VBAS Assessors for 40 blocks in four ̬ࡈ܊㡼Υ΍̬ɤࢭᅽρ։΂˜Іᗴᅽρ൙
estates and completed inspection and commenced repair works on ᄲࠇྌ™൙ࣨࡰdԨίʞࡈ܊㡼΍ɤɧࢭᅽ
thirteen blocks of five estates over the past year. ρҁϓᏨ᜕ʿක࢝ၪࡌʈЪf

Apart from renewing the old estates, our Ying Hoi House project in Sha ৰᔕอᔚ܊㡼̮dЗ׵ᗙྤຫਜʫٙӍ᎘
Tau Kok Chuen inside the Frontier Closed Area saw tenants begin to ԉ㡼ڎऎᅽ׵ɚཧɓɖϋɧ˜ක֐ɝ͹f
move in commencing March 2017. All 140 rental units have now been ɓϵ̬ɤࡈ̈ॡఊЗତʊΌᅰॡʚܵϞϞ
leased to those holding a valid permit. The project also includes ࣖຫਜஷБᗇٙɛɻfڎऎᅽ͵ணϞٟਜ
amenities such as retail shops and parking spaces for use by the ৣࢁண݄dܼ̍ཧਯਠ⧕ʿغԓЗഃf͟
community. Ying Hoi House has seen considerable interest from media ׵ڎऎᅽήᓃዹतdணࠇబᆄ௔तόd͵
and the public due to its unique location, European styling and ԮϞೌᅮ౻ᝈd݂ᄿաෂదʿʮ଺ɛɻٙ
