The Housing Society plays a unique role in the Hong Kong housing גί࠰ಥג܊೯࢝ɪҲစഹዹतٙԉЍd
landscape by helping to bridge the gap between Government schemes ഄଫή෬ִ݁ג܊ࠇྌၾӷɛג܊̹
and the private market. We work closely with the Government to ఙʘගٙ٤ქfҢࡁၾִ݁ΥЪೌගdᗆ
identify those target groups in need, such as low- and middle-income йϞცࠅٙͦᅺ໊ٟdԷνЭЇʕഃϗɝ
families and senior citizens, to provide them with viable housing ࢬʿڗ٫dீཀ௴อٙධͦʿ௪աٵ֛
solutions through innovative schemes and proven models. ٙ೯࢝ᅼόdމ˼ࡁԶ̙БٙИ܊༆Ӕ

We also operate in the capacity of a “housing laboratory”, embracing גЪމג܊ྼ᜕܃dٲࠋࠠ˸௴อ
the responsibility of testing new and innovative housing initiatives to ܠၪપ̈၇อٙג܊ણ݄d˸Ꮠ࿁ٟึ

Meanwhile, our existing rental estate portfolio includes 20 estates for a ΝࣛdҢࡁତࣛᒍɨٙɚɤࡈ̈ॡ܊㡼
total of 32,632 flats. Of these, ten estates comprising 22,967 flats — or 32,632ࡈఊЗʕdՉʕɤࡈ܊㡼ᅽᙧ൴ཀ

Our priority for the tenants of these estates is to ensure that they can ॡИσఊЗགྷϵʱʘɖɤfҢࡁٙࠅ
