            The Housing Society plays a unique role in the Hong Kong housing   ג՘ί࠰ಥג܊೯࢝ɪҲစഹዹतٙԉЍd
            landscape by helping to bridge the gap between Government schemes   ഄଫ׌ή෬໾ִ݁ג܊ࠇྌၾӷɛג܊̹
            and the private market. We work closely with the Government to   ఙʘගٙ٤ქfҢࡁၾִ݁ΥЪೌගdᗆ
            identify those target groups in need, such as low- and middle-income   йϞცࠅٙͦᅺ໊ٟdԷνЭЇʕഃϗɝ
            families and senior citizens, to provide them with viable housing   ࢕ࢬʿڗ٫dீཀ௴อٙධͦʿ௪աٵ֛
            solutions through innovative schemes and proven models.     ٙ೯࢝ᅼόdމ˼ࡁ౤Զ̙БٙИ܊༆Ӕ

            We also operate in the capacity of a “housing laboratory”, embracing   ג՘Ъމ˜ג܊ྼ᜕܃™dٲࠋࠠ΂˸௴อ
            the responsibility of testing new and innovative housing initiatives to   ܠၪપ̈΢၇อٙג܊ણ݄d˸Ꮠ࿁ٟึ

            Meanwhile, our existing rental estate portfolio includes 20 estates for a   ΝࣛdҢࡁତࣛᒍɨٙɚɤࡈ̈ॡ܊㡼΍
            total of 32,632 flats. Of these, ten estates comprising 22,967 flats — or   32,632ࡈఊЗʕdՉʕɤࡈ܊㡼ᅽᙧ൴ཀ
