Shek Pai Wan Road in the vicinity of Yue Kwong Chuen.

We have also obtained in-principle support from the Planning ఱ׼ശɽขୋɚಂʿୋɧಂٙࡌࠈܝᐼၤ
Department and the Eastern District Council for a revised Master Layout ೯࢝ᔝྡdҢࡁʊᐏ஝ྌ໇ʿ؇ਜਜᙄึ
Plan for Phases II and III. More rental rehousing flats in Phase II have ࡡۆɪ˕ܵfމ̋ҞୋɧಂٙሜቋʈЪd
been included in the revised Plan in order to expedite the decanting ࡌࠈܝᔝྡ̋ɝһε̈ॡτໄఊЗdਗ਼዆
process for Phase III, resulting in a shortened redevelopment ධࠠܔࠇྌ͟ɚɤʞϋᐵ೵Їɚɤϋf
programme from 25 to 20 years.

In addition to rental flats, Subsidised Sale Flats and SEN flats will also be ৰ̈ॡఊЗ̮d׼ശɽข͵ܼ̍༟п̈ਯ
included to meet the aspirations of home ownership and the housing ఊЗʿ˜ڗ٫τ֢ᆀ™ఊЗd՘п༺ϓ̹͏
needs of the ageing population respectively. The entire project is ٙໄุᗴૐdԨတԑᆀᙧɛɹٙИ܊ცӋf
expected to complete by 2032, offering a total of 3,919 flats, with 700 ዆ࡈࠠܔࠇྌཫࠇ׵ɚཧɧɚϋۃҁϓd

Yue Kwong Chuen 漁光村
Built in the 1960s, the 1,144-flat Yue Kwong Chuen in Aberdeen has ࠰ಥ˺ဝΈӀܔ׵ʬɤϋ˾dኹϞ1,144ࡈ
been slated for redevelopment with estimated completion in 2033/34. ఊЗd ʊॶɝࠠܔࠇྌʕd Пࠇ׵ɚཧ
ɧɧŊɧ̬ϋܓംʈf

A decanting site at nearby Shek Pai Wan Road had been identified, and Ңࡁʊ׵ቌڐဝΈӀٙͩરᝄ༸يЍՑሜ
is now undergoing the land grant procedure. We hope to commence ቋήᓃdତʊආɝҭή೻ҏfҢࡁಂૐ׵
the site foundation in early 2019 and complete the project in 2023/24, ɚཧɓɘϋϋڋක֐ήਿʈ೻dԨ׵ɚཧ
offering 600 flats for decanting of Yue Kwong Chuen residents for its ɚɧŊɚ̬ϋܓҁϓධͦd౤Զ 600ࡈఊЗ
Phase I redevelopment. The original site at Yue Kwong Chuen will be ʚաဝΈӀୋɓಂࠠܔᅂᚤ֢ٙ͏Ъሜቋ
redeveloped to provide subsidised flats for rental and sale, to meet the ͜௄fဝΈӀࡡѧਗ਼ࠠܔЪ༟п̈ॡʿ̈
